Training Providers

High-quality training is the difference between simply getting a licence and being truly job-ready in Tasmania’s transport and logistics sector. As a new entrant, you’ll face varied conditions, strict safety standards, and high customer expectations. Good training helps you build safe habits from day one—fatigue management, load restraint, chain of responsibility—while giving you confidence with modern vehicles, equipment, and technology. It also maps a clear pathway for your career, from administration, supply chain operations, warehousing and yards through to heavy vehicle operations and leadership.

When you train with registered training organisations (RTOs) that are members of the Tasmanian Transport Association, your learning is aligned to real industry needs. You’ll complete nationally recognised units, get practical, hands-on experience, and graduate with skills employers value and are actively looking for.
